A brisk, Autumn afternoon was the stage for Bahy & Imrie's beautiful Engagement Session. Wanting something "different" to commemorate their special union, we took them out to the Cheltenham Badlands. After we had some fun sliding around on the clay dunes, we continued the session in a near by wooded area and by a big, rustic barn.
The highlight of this Engagement Session for me was what we found when we slid the barn doors open. Among the piles of old junk, under some dusty drop-cloths hid an antique piano. Priceless, as Bahy & Imrie both are very gifted musicians and both play the piano fluently. The images that we were able to capture of the love between Bahy & Imrie were stunning and I think that both of them will agree: unique!

Andy & Missy Married! | Burlington Golf & Country Club
Every detail of their amazing wedding was thought out, planned and lovingly produced. From the significance of the wedding colours to the little cowboy and princess table place cards, the labour of love that Missy & Andy put into their day made it amazing.
We started the morning with Missy, her mom and the matron of honour at the salon. From there we went on to the bride's house where every room was a buzz of activity. 6 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls, 4 jr bridesmaids, the bride, two aunts and the bride's parents were all busy getting ready. It was so much fun bouncing from room to room getting candid shots of all of that activity!
The ceremony was one of the most meaningful I have ever seen. I don't think that there was a dry eye in the entire church as Missy and Andy pledged their love to each other. Missy surprised Andy just before saying her vows by giving him a necklace that had significant meaning. This necklace had been given to her by her father and has been displayed on her neck for the past twelve years. It was a powerful display of love.
After we were able to whisk the bride and groom away from all of the hugs and congratulations, we took the bridal party over to the Burlington Golf & Country Club for a fun filled photo session. What a magnificently beautiful day. Congratulations Andy & Missy! Love you guys!

Jayson & Lindsay Married! | Grand Olympia Stoney Creek Wedding
On the morning of Jayson & Lindsay's beautiful wedding day we were greated by a very excited bride in curlers! The Bride's house was buzzing with excitement, laughter and a good dose of happy tears. After spending the morning with the girls, Mike slipped over to see what the men were up to and to capture those great moments as Jayson got himself put together.
After a beautiful ceremony which included one of the sweetest poems I've heard written by Lindsay's grandmother to commemorate the special union, we headed into downtown Stoney Creek with the bridal party. Just as we arrived at the Old Powerhouse in the heart of town, the sunshine broke through the clouds. We had a great time with the entire party, getting some fun shots of the entire group walking down King Street and goofing off by the fountain. Once we were done with the wedding party shots, we took Jayson & Lindsay inside of the Old Powerhouse for intimate, stunning images of just the two of them.
